At the event, he expressed his admiration and appreciation for the work of The Clewer Initiative. He remarked on how the Diocese in Leeds has been able to take The Clewer Initiative's national experience and apply it in a unique, local context.
The Clewer Initiative has worked closely with the Diocese of Leeds to organise a gathering of frontline workers, statutories and faith leaders to begin a conversation about how to respond to modern slavery in the region.
